Dianne Powers, owner of Golden Pilates,
has offered all levels of Pilates classes and private sessions to the Golden area since 2004. Instruction is geared to the needs of each individual whether for athletic training, recovery from an injury or chronic pain, or working to maintain a healthy, balanced lifestyle.
Golden Pilates is a full apparatus studio and the instructors have been classically trained in the Pilates Method of exercise. Pilates instructors have completed a one year intensive training program at The Pilates Center in Boulder and are required to complete 12 hours per year of continuing education.
